Baked Fish and Veggies

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds fish fillets or chunks
1 green pepper diced
1 white onion diced
1 8 oz can sliced mushrooms (drained)
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Hunter's Totally Wild Fish & Seafood Seasoning
salt and pepper

Arrange fish in greased 9 x 12 baking dish. Add fish and above ingredients. Bake for 40 minutes at 275F. Add 2 larges diced tomatoes. Cover and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
