This Breading is a fully seasoned breading that is not so heavy that it takes over the flavor of fish, game, or meat that you are cooking. This breading is great on all fish and seafood, wild game, chicken, pork or whatever you feel like frying. Totally Wild is also great on vegetables and especially morel mushrooms.
This Breading is designed to be a light breading that should help prolong your frying oil life. For a very nice heavy breading on the product you are frying, try dredging fish or meats in lightly whipped eggs before breading. To obtain a lighter breading, rinse the fish or meat with cool water and shake off excess then roll in breading.
This breading can also be made into a nice batter by adding water or beer, and mixing to achieve the consistency you are looking for.
Available in 10 ounce bags, case of 12 (10 oz bags), 3 pound bag or a 5 pound bag

This is one of the better breadings I use for anything from fish, wild game to mushrooms. I just add a little bread crumbs and little extra corn meal to the mix. Perfect taste and crispy coating.

I tried this seasoning in Madison Wisconsin at the deer and turkey expo three years ago. It's been the only seasoning I use on my deep fried bluegill, crappie, walleye, and northern pike. It has amazing flavor. By the way it works great for fish tacos!

Great product, use it to lightly bread fish, doesn't get oily. Spice level comes through but doesn't overpower the fish.
